I ordered from Switch and got the order confirmation quickly, so that part was okay. Checkout was straightforward enough, and the emails came in without any issue.

What got a bit annoying was the delivery update. It felt slow, and I kept checking the order page because nothing seemed to be changing. I’m not expecting constant updates, but waiting around without clear info gets frustrating fast.

The item did arrive fine in the end, so there wasn’t any major problem. I just wish the tracking was clearer and a bit more timely. Overall, not a bad order, but definitely not the smoothest experience either.
